1. Introduction / مقدمة
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Brioche Bakery online store (bakery.brioche.sa) and any purchase you make through it. The store is operated by Bake Passion LLC. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لمتجر بريوش بيكري الإلكتروني وأي عملية شراء تتمها من خلاله. يُدار المتجر من قِبل شركة شغف الخبز. بإتمامك للطلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
2. Eligibility / الأهلية
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عامًا فأكثر وأهلاً للتعاقد وفقًا لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
3. Products, freshness and availability / المنتجات والتوافر
Our products are freshly baked perishable food. Images are illustrative; minor variation in appearance, weight and size is normal. Availability is not guaranteed; if an item becomes unavailable after you order we will contact you to substitute, partially fulfil, or refund.
منتجاتنا أطعمة طازجة قابلة للتلف. الصور للتوضيح، وقد يحدث اختلاف بسيط في الشكل والوزن والحجم. التوافر غير مضمون، وفي حال نفاد صنف بعد الطلب سنتواصل معك.
4. Prices, VAT and e-invoicing / الأسعار والضريبة
All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout and include VAT. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order.
جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ١٥٪. تُصدر فاتورة ضريبية متوافقة مع الهيئة لكل طلب.
5. Orders and acceptance / الطلبات والقبول
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) for reasons including stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or delivery outside our area.
الطلب عرض للشراء، ولا ينعقد العقد إلا عند تأكيدنا للطلب. يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب مع رد كامل.
6. Payment / الدفع
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g. Mada and credit/debit cards via our payment provider Telr; Cash on Delivery where offered). Card payments are processed on the provider secure page; we do not store your full card details.
نقبل وسائل الدفع الظاهرة عند الدفع (مثل مدى والبطاقات عبر Telr؛ والدفع عند الاستلام حيثما يتوفر). ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك كاملة.
7. Delivery and pickup / التوصيل والاستلام
We deliver within our published Jeddah zones and offer free in-store pickup. Delivery fees are tiered by basket value and shown at checkout; orders above the published threshold qualify for free delivery. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, and demand. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods.
نوصّل ضمن نطاقات جدة المعلنة ونوفّر الاستلام المجاني من المتجر. تُحتسب رسوم التوصيل حسب قيمة السلة، وتُعفى الطلبات التي تتجاوز الحد المعلن. الأوقات تقديرية وغير مضمونة.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds / الإلغاء والإرجاع والاسترداد
Because products are freshly made and perishable, the standard cooling-off right does not apply once preparation has begun. You may cancel for a full refund before we begin preparing your order. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us within 6 hours of delivery with a photo; we will replace it or refund it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank.
نظرًا لأن المنتجات طازجة وقابلة للتلف، لا ينطبق حق العدول بعد بدء التحضير. يمكنك الإلغاء واسترداد كامل المبلغ قبل بدء التحضير. إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو خاطئًا فتواصل معنا خلال ٦ ساعات من التسليم مع صورة.
9. Allergens and food safety / مسببات الحساسية
Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and sesame. If you have an allergy, do not rely solely on the website; contact us before ordering.
قد تحتوي منتجاتنا أو تتلامس مع القمح/الغلوتين والبيض والألبان والمكسرات والسمسم. إذا كان لديك حساسية فتواصل معنا قبل الطلب.
10. Intellectual property / الملكية الفكرية
All content, branding, recipes and the Brioche marks are owned by us or our group and may not be used without written permission.
جميع المحتوى والعلامات والوصفات مملوكة لنا ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.
11. Liability / المسؤولية
To the extent permitted by KSA law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
إلى الحد الذي تسمح به أنظمة المملكة، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب على قيمة ذلك الطلب.
12. Privacy / الخصوصية
Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Saudi PDPL. See bakery.brioche.sa/privacy.
تُعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية المتوافقة مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
13. Governing law and disputes / القانون الواجب التطبيق
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Jeddah.
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص بنظر النزاعات المحاكم المختصة في جدة.
