1. Delivery area / نطاق التوصيل

We deliver across Jeddah. You can also collect your order free of charge from our bakery (Bakery Pickup at checkout).

نوصّل إلى جميع أنحاء جدة، ويمكنك أيضًا استلام طلبك مجانًا من المخبز (خيار الاستلام من المخبز عند إتمام الطلب).

2. Delivery fees / رسوم التوصيل

Orders under SAR 30: SAR 18 · SAR 30–60: SAR 10 · SAR 60–75: SAR 5 · SAR 75 and above: FREE delivery. Pickup is always free. Fees include VAT.

الطلبات أقل من ٣٠ ريالًا: ١٨ ريالًا · من ٣٠ إلى ٦٠: ١٠ ريالات · من ٦٠ إلى ٧٥: ٥ ريالات · ٧٥ ريالًا فأكثر: التوصيل مجاني. الاستلام من المخبز مجاني دائمًا. الرسوم شاملة الضريبة.

3. Timing / مواعيد التوصيل

Everything is baked fresh daily. After you place your order, we confirm the delivery window with you by phone or WhatsApp (+966 50 480 5588).

جميع منتجاتنا تُخبز طازجة يوميًا. بعد إتمام طلبك نؤكد لك موعد التوصيل عبر الهاتف أو واتساب (+966 50 480 5588).

4. Returns for fresh products / إرجاع المنتجات الطازجة

Because our products are perishable and baked fresh, they cannot be returned once delivered. If there is a quality issue, contact us within 6 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and we will replace it or refund you, in line with our Terms & Conditions and the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

لأن منتجاتنا طازجة وسريعة التلف، لا يمكن إرجاعها بعد التسليم. في حال وجود مشكلة في الجودة، تواصل معنا خلال ٦ ساعات من الاستلام مع صورة للمنتج وسنستبدله أو نعيد لك المبلغ، وفقًا للشروط والأحكام ونظام التجارة الإلكترونية السعودي.

5. Refunds / استرداد المبالغ

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وتظهر مبالغ البطاقات عادة خلال ٥–١٠ أيام عمل حسب البنك.
