Wholesale · Jeddah
Bread your kitchen can build a menu on.
Brioché Bakery supplies restaurants, cafés, hotels and caterers across Jeddah from our own production kitchen. Everything is baked to your order the night before — not pulled from a freezer, not bought in and relabelled.
Takes about a minute. Documents come later, and only once we have spoken.

Made to your own recipe
We already produce under other brands' specifications. Bring us a product and a spec sheet and we will quote it as a manufacturing account.

Why kitchens move their bread to us
We bake to your order, not to a forecast
Your standing order becomes a production run the night before delivery. That is why the bread arrives the age you asked for, and why we are not trying to move yesterday's stock onto you.
Every line has a written recipe
573 of them, in the same system that schedules production. The croissant your chef approves in the tasting is the croissant that arrives in month nine, whoever is on shift.
Our own kitchen, not a middleman
Brioché Bakery is a production bakery with its own dedicated kitchen. You are buying from the people who bake it, so a spec change is a conversation and not a procurement chain.
Paperwork that survives an audit
ZATCA-compliant tax invoices under CR 7008774676, VAT 310514814800003, issued against your own commercial registration — with a signed supply agreement and agreed terms behind them.
Opening an account
Four steps. Most accounts are trading inside a week.
Step 1
Tell us who you are
A short form — business name, city, what you need. No documents yet.
Step 2
We talk, then send your link
If we can supply you, you get a personal link to complete the file — commercial registration, tax certificate, delivery branches.
Step 3
Terms and a contract
We check the documents, agree your prices, payment terms and credit limit, and send the supply agreement to sign.
Step 4
Order
Your branches are set up as delivery addresses under one account, one invoice run and one statement.
What we do not do
Worth knowing before you spend time on an application.
- We do not take card payments on wholesale accounts yet. Bank transfer and cash only while our payment gateway migration finishes.
- Credit is not automatic. Terms and a limit are decided after your documents are verified. A new account may start on payment before delivery.
- We are a Jeddah bakery. Delivery outside the city is a conversation, not a standing offer.
- We cannot trade with a business we cannot identify. A valid commercial registration is required — it is what the tax invoice is issued against.
Questions we get asked
What is the minimum order?
It is set per account, against your delivery frequency and branch count, and agreed before you sign. A single café and a hotel group are not held to the same number.
How far ahead do I need to order?
Your cut-off is agreed with your account and written into the supply agreement, because it depends on what you take and when you want it delivered. Production is scheduled the night before.
Can you bake to our own recipe?
Yes. That is a manufacturing account rather than a supply account, with its own agreement covering specification, exclusivity and who owns the recipe. Choose "Manufacturing" on the form.
Can you deliver to several branches?
Yes. Each branch becomes its own delivery address with its own days, window and receiving person, and the branch name prints on the delivery note. Invoices and your statement stay as one account.
Do you supply hotels and caterers?
Yes — restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers and corporate kitchens in Jeddah.
What documents will you need?
Your unified commercial registration number and tax registration certificate, plus the name and ID of whoever signs for the business. You are told exactly what is outstanding as you go.
Put us on your bread list.
Tell us what you need and how much. We will come back to you with what we can supply and what it costs.
